Basic principle and basic structure of a steam diesel generator
[Abstract]:
The basic structure of a steam diesel generator is composed of a diesel engine and a generator, and a steam diesel engine drives the generator to generate electricity。First, the basic structure of gasoline and diesel engine is composed of cylinder, piston, cylinder head, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing and flywheel. Steam diesel gasoline and diesel generator is usually steam diesel engine single cylinder or multi cylinder four stroke, I only talk about the basic working principle of single cylinder four stroke diesel engine steam: steam diesel engine starting by manpower or other power rotary steam engine crankshaf piston reciprocating up and down in the cylinder top sealed in.
The piston completes four strokes in motion: the intake stroke, the compression stroke, the combustion and the work (expansion) stroke and the exhaust stroke. When the piston moves up and down, the inlet valve opens and the fresh air filtered through the air filter enters the cylinder to complete the intake stroke. The piston moves up and up, the inlet and outlet door are closed, the air is compressed, the temperature and pressure increase, and the compression process is completed. When the piston is going to reach the apex, the injector filters the filtered fuel into the combustion chamber atomized, and is mixed with the high temperature and high pressure air, and instantly fires on its own. The high pressure of the piston pushes the piston down to work, propels the crankshaft to rotate, and completes the work stroke. After the work stroke is finished, the piston moves upwards, the exhaust valve opens the exhaust and completes the exhaust stroke. The crankshaft rotates half a circle in each stroke. After a number of work cycles, the diesel engine gradually accelerates into the work under the inertia of the flywheel.
